Return Policy

You may return most unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:

• Call 855-898-2957 or email sales@stanleysupply.com to request returns.
• All claims for shortage, damage and discrepancies in shipment must be made within five (5) days after receipt of shipment.
• We do not accept merchandise that is not returned in its original condition and packaging. 
• All refunds will be issued to your payment source within 72 hours of items’ return.
